We offer free shipping for orders with a value of good from $150.00 (does not apply for orders to AK or HI).
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order got dispatched you will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation as well as a tracking of our carrier.

We do not offer international shipping.

Please note that we cannot deliver to pick-up stations, but only to postal addresses.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at service@liovent.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
● Articles made individually according to the customer’s specifications and without a predefined pre-selection (in terms of dimensions).

Please Note
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Returned items can only be refunded if they are still saleable. For this reason, a returned item must not show any signs of use or other damage. The buyer is responsible for safe packaging and secure return.
● Shipping costs for outbound shipping are generally not reimbursed.
